can anyone tell me what this ovp relay is and where its located on 88 model 190e 2.3

The OVP Relay is behind the plastic cover behind the battery. It will have a plastic lid on top and have either 1 or 2 fuses. It supplies 12v to the ABS computer, Idle Control Valve, and Fuel computer.
