92 190E 2.6 Blows cold through middle vents, but hot through both side vents.

Also, there is never any vacuum to the heater control valve.
Any Ideas?

It sounds as if the system is in limp for some reason or you have a huge vacuum leak.

I cannot say it is the same vacuum routing for your car, but I can go into further detail on how I patched mine.
