1985 300D Sunroof Wind Deflector will not stay up.

The Wind Deflector (that strip that you push up when the sun roof is open to deflect wind and reduce wind noise) on my 85 300D won't stay up when going over 40 mph. Is there a way to adjust or repair this? Thanks.
