1991 190e alarm goes off/ how to disconnect alarm
 

my alarm goes off for no apparent reason. is there a way I can just disconnect it? If so, where is the location of the antitheft alarm module?

The Anti-theft alarm unit is under the right side floor mat forward to dash I think there may be three different modules there. The alarm module is the top one [N 26] with two connectors plugged in it one I think has 8 wires and other has 14 wires . Hope this will help Dale

Leave the alarm module in and undo the special horn under the hood.
Then figure out why it's going off.
