1987 420sel no start, p/w, seats, or wipers

This is 420 sel 165 on clock, had start problem, F/P relay tested bad and was replaced, and that seemed to fix, now it has a no start problem again along with power windows, seats and wipers stop working on occasion. Any ideas?
