1991 300E 28k miles value??

Hello!

I have been away from mercedesshop for a while. After we sold our 95 E300D, Big mistake

I went away to drive a VW and now a Escort.

Anyways, I found a 1 owner 91 300E with 28000 miles.

Its got brown interior, heated seats.

Actual pic:

What do you guys think is a fair price for it?
