Very little air coming out of center vents.

With A/C on,there is very little air coming out out of the center vents. Also if i put the climate control wheel on Max heat, the A/C clutch keeps engaging. One more question.Where is the Blower?

The compressor will stay engaged even when you turn the heat on, unless you push the "EC" button. It's supposed to do that, for humidity control. That part is not a malfunction.

This model 1989 420sel does not have a glove box.
Does the blower have it's own fuse or relay?
