C280 tensioner assembly or adjusting belt

C280 tensioner assembly or adjusting belt

I have tried the advance search and there are things on tensioner but can't find anything related.

Opened the hood and found my belts were all loose to the point that i can slip them off the pulley with ease. Can anyone tell me is there a way to tighten my belts or is my tensioner assembly BAD????
