Guy seems pretty cool and lives about a mile away. I'm renting an airplane hanger for vehicle storage right now so I could fit this in there, but do I really need another one?!?!?!?

Go for it. If anyone can appreciate it, you can since you already know the warts and all. Personally I never liked the CEs. There's 2-door guys, and then there's the rest of us. Looks like a beauty though. I always wonder with Benzes approaching 200K when the items replaced once already wear out the second time...?

You're close by and knowledgeable, go check it out. If it hadn't been modded, a very clean CE of that vintage could still bring $7K-$8K.
