Disabling a Vacuum Lock System
Any info would be appreciated cause I'm pulling my hair out! My drivers door lock on my 89 MB 190E was working and then stopped working. after removing the door panel and unplugging the vacuum line to the lock actuator the actuator itself moves freely. Once I re-install, it freezes up again. I notice that there are three wires that run to the handle/lock assembly which may be controlling the lock operation. I just want to be able to disconnect the vacuum and lock and unlock the door manually. I think the wires may have something to do with the alarm/vacuum system lock control. I'm lost...PLEASE!!!

Central locking pump is under the rear seat, disconnect it.
