Repair ofAutomatic climate control 89E gas

I am looking for an independent instrument repair shop that will rebuild my ACC module. Could be anywhere in US. Any help would be appreciated....grandpa

Question

How to fins out if the ccu needs to be replace?

92 300SD CCU driver's side on max cold reads 54F adjst the control teperature control knob at any other setting will read HI. Does any body knows what's going on.
