Instrument custer???
 

This seems to be a stranger problem to me. The directional indicators and High beam indicator light are both illuminated when I turn on the headlights. Also background seem to be very dim;making it difficult to see at night. Could this be a bad ground?

I forgot to mention that my car is a 1992 300e 4 matic. Also apoligize for the type-o's I'm using my wife's lap top and i'm not at all used to the Keyboard!

Also the fuel guage shows full when I turn on the headlights.
