Thanks for your help Arthur, I really appreciate it!

I thought it was my blower regulator from the start, but the no power on F15 threw me for a little loop. It was just wishful thinking because I am afraid of getting into the blower motor and regulator.

I'll get a good test light and dive in tomorrow.

Very Good.

There are just a few simple test that can be done done up on top that will get you to the cause of your condition once you have a working test lamp. And they are sequenced test so that one does not have to go into the Blower compartment unless these first test check out as OK.
No one likes having to get down into the blower on this model.
If the testing does result in having to get to the blower/regulator, you may as well get the two Cabin Filter changed while there, cuz they have to be removed on that Chassis for blower exposure..so two Birds with one stone.
I have your chassis schematic in jpg. format, so if you email me, I can send it over to you to aide in the test steps. If you have that in front of you , you will see the rational of the sequenced test steps, as it is a simple , 12V DC regulator/motor circuit.
We can then continue on with the diagnosis/remedy by Private email so I don't have to put up with the ill mannered , distracting post.

I dont diagnosis anything on the forums since there is no such thing as online diagnosis of whats wrong with a car. "diagnosis" is actually having the car in front of you, accessing the situation then determining a course of action. I merely suggest areas to check.

And to the person who said my first comment was "out of bounds" then you must be like him-not backing up your talk with action

I was trying to ignore the non helpful posts, but you keep going.

C'mon Oracle. That was a total threadcrap. You had nothing to add to the thread, but you felt the need to take a shot at someone who has been offering free advice for ten years. And taking a shot at him for what reason? Oh yeah....for helping someone. Unbelievable!

Arthur has asked to take this to PM, so that's what will be done.

I didnt take a shot at him for offering his free advice but for this comment
"and having read every post you have ever answered, you don't post a diagnosis cuz you can't" and also for being true to his word. I never have to take any of my cars to someone to fix a problem since I can diagnosis whats wrong. I am not a parts changer, I actually understand how a system works so I can properly diagnosis a problem.
