Leaky fuel hoses.. what size anyone?

Leaky fuel hoses.. what size anyone?

The return lines at the fuel tank are leaking on my 1978 300D. Can someone tell me what size hoses I need? I know one is a braided type. I just need to know the MM size. Can I get these at a parts store, or do I need to get from MB?
