Electric water pump

1983 300D My electric hot water pump was junk so I bought a new one. I put in new pump no go no juice. The fuse is good. Is there a relay? Is it one of the relays on the drivers fender?

Whats between the fuse and the pump???? Thanks for you input. Channing
