alternator wire
I have an 86 300e and there is a wire on the back of my alternator its not the leads from the battery its jst on the alternator I need a new one and I was wonder what is it called and where can I get a new one

a black wire and small block bit on the back of the altenator is the capacitor for the suppression of radio interference .
