300E leaking oil
I'm looking to buy a 300E. Two choices are '86 101k leaks oil $4500 the other is '87 with 201k for $3700 and also appears to be leaking some oil though not as bad as the '86. The '87 seller will split repair costs based on a MB check out.
Which is the better option if any and is the oil issue a common problem on the 300E. What kind of life can you get from a gas engine. Thanks!
