Outside temperture gauge incorrect.
On my '91 300CE the outside ambient temperture gauge is about 30 degrees. Is there a way to reset it? Or do I have to replace it?

The temp sensor is behind the front license plate, is it or the wiring damaged?

Do a search for thermistor. Some have had good luck soldering on a new thermistor.

Thanks for the response. Haven't had a chance to check the wiring or the sensor. Hope to get around to it Thursday.
