catalytic converter question
 

Does anyone know if a dual-inlet, dual-outlet catalytic converter keeps the exhaust streams separate? Or do they get mushed together in the converter?

All mixed together inside. !

Benzworld went to outer space with the question... no help...
A random muffler guy in LA is the only answer I got, and he wasn't 100%
sure but said he thought that they were not separate.
