Clicking sound (relay?) behind instrument cluster of w210
anyone knows what that noise is? It seems to only happen at idle and comes on every 10 seconds or so.

I'll venture a guess that ...
is one of the dampers in the HVAC system adjusting itself. The next time it occurrs, try varying the mode switch on the HVAC controller and see if it changes.
