what are people getting for gas mileage on 95 124 station wagons or even sedans as there probably would not be much difference. Are there any particular weak points to look out for if looking to buy one of these with 200k miles on it.

My 95 E320 wagon gets 25/26 on the highway and 20/21 around town. Car has 190k and runs extremely well.

25 highway, 20 suburbs, 15 city. Considering the age and endurance of these machines, I wouldn't call them "weak points," but you'll find all the weak points your E class has plus several that are specific to the wagon and gas engine.
