I'm looking for the part number for the MB Scheduled Maintenance manual that is used when following the maintenance described in the maintenance book in your Owners booklet (leather case).

I had one for my 124 chassis that I gave to the next owner when I sold it. The manual covers , Model Years rather than chassis numbers as it had every chassis number, maintenance described.

It was about 1" thick.

If anyone has one the part number would be appreciated.

It does seem as you get to newer years that less maintenance is done by the owner.

The maintenance booklet that came with my vehicle is considerably thinner than 1 inch.

It has pages to verify that work was done and has a description of the tasks to be performed in the back of the booklet.

If this is what you are referring to, it does not have a part number on it that I could see. It only says to see your dealer if you need another one.

What I'm looking for is the book that describes the procedures for each and every one of the steps in the booklet you are talking about. i.e. What the dealer service department does for each of the maintence steps that is referred to in the little booklet, If you look on the back of you book, there is a part number for reordering when you go above 187K miles to start over.

Example:
I am looking to service the sunroof rails and in the book it explains how to on the specific models as there are different.
