1994 S500 Dead Battery & Trunk does not open

After a long storage of 7 weeks, the battery on my 1994 S500 went dead and the trunk does not open to jump start the car. Can anyone help? I appreciate your help.

Is the battery in the trunk? Can't you open it with the key?

Right Front Footwell, cable connection block for Positive

The EPC (of course, does not show exactly where) makes reference to a Positive cable connection block,in the right front footwell. If you can get (+)
to that point AND (-) to part of the Monoque body ,you can use the convenience feature to open the trunk using the Driver's door.

CAUTION: # 29 in the Cyrillic pictogram below IS the (+)cable connector in the
footwell region of an S500...Yours MAY resemble it.

Three ways, get a battery charger that plugs into the cigarette lighter, turn on the ignition and close door to reduce drain.
Lift up the carpet in the front passenger side and look for the big red cables that run to the battery. Lift up the rear seat and find the locking pump yellow hose is for all the locking elements slightly pressure as with a bike pump.
Get your key fixed

1994 S500 Dead Battery & Trunk Does Not Open

Thank you very much for your help! I found the red cable terminal in the front pasenger foot-well after removing the carpet and the metal shield. I used a trickle charger for just 2-3 minutes and this was enough to activate the front unlock button in the front panel and it unlocked the trunk. Then I put everything back in place in the front passenger foot-well and jump started the car after running the jump car for about 15 minutes.

I appreciate both the gentlemen's advice(s).
