'91 300CE windshield wiper/washer
Yesterday I was driving in the rain when suddenly my wiper quit in mid stroke. Normally I would think that the wiper motor has either gone bad or I've got a short. However, a few days earlier I tried to use my washer and it didn't work. Are these two things related?

The few days earlier, when the washer didn't work, do you mean no fluid came out or the wiper didn't work either, or what exactly was the earlier failure??
What is the status right now, the arm is stuck mid-sweep on the windshield?? Gilly

Sorry, I guess I should be more specific. When I pushed the washer buttom nothing happened. The wiper did not response nor the sprayer. The wiper just stopped in mid-sweep. I did notice that whenever I clicked the switch the wiper would occasionally twitch. I looked on my cd manual to read how to remove the wiper motor. I read that you're suppose to remove the grill covering the wiper motor first. The reference for removing the grill is 83-040. But I can't find that reference. Got any suggestions? Thanks!

At lunch today it dawned on me that I had not check the fuses for my wipers. Guess what! Fixed the wipers!! Now the washing unit still doesn't work. The wipers now operate but no juice from the juicer.
