I can't figure out this F*-%!n misfire out!!! (W208)

My CEL light is on, and it has been throwing code P0305 for a couple months now. I have replaced the plugs on that cylinder, changed wires, swapped the coils around, and just recently re-installed my injectors after I had them cleaned and flow tested, same result (even after clearing the codes)

Symptoms of the misfire are: rough idle, and off-key shifting: sometimes she almost redlines off the line before shifting into 3rd (when i am hard on the accelerator off the line).

Any idea on where I look next???? I'm about to break down and bring her to the stealership :-\

Thanks in advance

From your description I would have the flywheel crank sensor re-set.

Can be done w/o going to dealer but you would need a scanner with live data.

You must drive in 3 gear at 2100RPM for 30 seconds with a 50% load.

Doc-

I actually do have a scanner that shows live data.... Could you explain this to me in a little more detail? I'm not sure of the 50% load part. As for gear 3, I am assuming you are talking about shifting manually (which should be fun being that my display is shot). What would I be using the scanner for? To get the exact RPM?

Thanks again!
