Turn signal problem

1989 420 SEL-Turn signals all stopped working at same time, although emergency flashers work. I opened fuse box to check on fuse, each fuse location is numbered, however there is no diagram inside box. The fuses looked visually okay, but I had not seen this type of fuse before, so I am uncertain. 2 questions: Where can I find a copy of the fuse box diagram? If it's not the fuse, what else should I be looking for?

No fuse chart under the lid?

Although i've never had the pleasure of this one, plenty has been posted about it on other forums and the usual fix, perhaps short term, is to exercise the hazard switch about fifty times which cleans the contacts a bit. Keeping in mind that the turn signal functions pass through the hazard switch. Since the turn signal and the four-ways use the same flasher, it's not likely a voltage supply problem anyway.
