Where can I order a factory OEM fire extinguisher (w/ mounts) for my W202 C Class?
 

Where can I order, within the US, a fire extinguisher w/ mounts for my 1994 Mercedes C220?

I am trying to attach an image to this post. If it comes out the fire extingher is item #5 and the part number is 000 860 22 80.

I tried to order the complete system from Bekkers, but they told me that don't do that type of special order. I have contacted
other parts houses, but no one is interested in helping.

If you find someone willing to order this item let me know and maybe we can get a quantity discount.

For the same reason I buckle my belt thinking I may crash everytime I drive... to be on the safe side :) ,

stevebfl, is that part number for the fire extinguisher only, or is that for everything, including the mounts?

Its only item # 5. I'm not sure how to interprete the rest of the drawing. It appears that there might be more than one way to mount it.

Although it appears that there were US aplications of that extinguisher. The number seams not to be available. I would be real surprised if the thing would meet codes in both Germany and US.
