Where can I find interior trim parts?
What's a good source for interior trim parts? My disassembly and reassembly of panels, dash trim, etc. don't always come out perfectly, and I would like to be able to replace those oddball trim pieces that are somehow missing a flange here, a broken fastener there...
Worse yet are the trim pieces wrapped in the matching MB leather. Am I doomed to scrounging MB boneyards for the correct model and leather color?

I've found that many of the interior plastic trim pieces ofr my 87300td are very inexpensive when purchased from the dealer.
Also, any good trim shop should be able to recover upholstered pieces with MB Tex in a matching color at a reasonable price if leather gets to be too high. For example, I had the arm rest cover re done in navy MBTex for about $65 instead of $350 for a new leather one. Steve |
