1990 300TE question

last fall my power windows, sunroof, seats and wipers all failed at the same time. i reseated all fuses and changed certain ones that seemed marginally suspect. everything has worked for 5 months and then today, in the rain blam! same thing, all out. question is, does anyone know exactly which fuse runs these things? i know it's a fuse thing cause i fixed it before but i had to go through every damn fuse and didn't note which one actually cleared the issue. the fuse box label is vague, hard for me tell which one actually works all this stuff...thanks

Fuse Box PDF

There is the electrical diagram...maybe that will explain it better.

I would honestly buy a whole new set of fuses seeing as they are so cheap and overtime degrade completely.

Search ebay for Mercedes Fuses and you can buy a complete set of like 40 for less than $10.

Good advice re: all fuses

Try fuse 2 first, it lists all of those you mentioned

Make sure if you are going to get all new fuses they are all copper.

Don't get the aluminum ones.

thanks guys...after removing the #2 fuse it was/is apparent that the top is completely corroded, not all the way through, but 90% gone. That's got to be it....it's a 16amp and is aluminum as warned against. Tomorrow I intend to replace all the fuses with copper and put an end to this once and for all...Thanks again cliff
