update

Ok a little update,

I had the tire High speed balanced and that helped a little if at all,but I can still feel it at around 65 to 80 mph.

I cannot feel it in the steering system at all, although car does pull to right slightly and seems to catch ruts, but smooth other than that.

I would try rotating the spare in place of each of the 4 tires to see if there is any effect on the vibration. You could have a bad belt in a tire and just not know it...
