All guages quit working?
Hey guys,
My guages (fuel, temp, tach, etc.) quit working all at once, and there's a constant faint buzz coming from under the left side of the dash. Does anyone know if there's a solenoid or relay underthere and how to replace it. The fuse is fine, I checked that first...thanks if anyone knows... David

Did your fan motor quit also (or running very low speed)?

it's a fuse....
happened to me once in a 260e

1989 300ce 129k ( facelifted front,updated tail lights, lowered suspension,bilstein sports, lorinser front spoiler, MOMO steering wheel, remus exhaust,stainless steel brake lines). (Gone) 1997 s320 154k (what a ride). Sold with 179k miles. Replaced with Hyundai Equus 1994 e320 Cabriolet 108k  1972 280se 4.5 153k Owned for 12 yrs, sorry I sold it [/SIGPIC]

The fan is running fine, but I read some posts from a search on here and it said the fuse can look fine but may still be cracked...
they also said the brake lights would also be out...I'm going to check these two things and see what that does...

Thanks guys
it was the fuse, the brake lights didnt work, and when i checked the fuse, it had a small hairline crack that I didn't see before...
