560SEL valve seals
 

I am ready to replace my valve seals. I get smoke at startup and at acceleration after the car is warm. I also have several fouled spark plugs from oil. I am assuming it is a valve seal problem.

Does anyone have any helpful hints on replacing the valve seals? Or a drawing that shows the assembly? I will be pressurizing the cylinder with air through the spark plug hole to keep the valve from dropping in.
