92 500SEL Blown Speedo

Suspected cause is crossed wires on jumpstart. Now speedo, odo and mileage indicator do not work! Where to start?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Too nice to let go...

Does the ABS lamp stay on?

If so most likely a blown fuse in the base module.

Base module is in the computer box at the RR of engine compartment.

I have same problem on my 1992 300SL and the ABS lamp stay on !

Where is the base module ?
