AC recharge on 1987 190 (2.6Ltr)

Hello,
Came across your very informative forum, and hoping if someone might assist me.
As the title states, the AC in my '87 - 190, gradually blew less cold air, where now, it only blows 'warm' (air temperature) air.
I've recurred to the local auto shops (presently live in Madrid,Spain), where I've been told that it will be extremely difficult to find someone that will be able to recharge w/old CFC containing freon.
Any advice or suggestions, at this (sweating) time would be highly aprreciated!!!
