96 C280 Won't Start

I'm hoping Arthur Dalton might help given the great advice he always provides on OVPs. This morning I tried to start my 96 C280 and it initially caught but then died immediately. Now it cranks and but does not fire. Does this sound like an OVP or the fuse for the fuel pump relay?
When the OVP failed on my 88 300 TE, it would start when cool and about 10 minutes later would stumble but if you could keep it running until it fully warmed up, it was not a problem. It only seemed to be problem transitioning from cool to hot.
Do OVPs fail on the first start of the day? Where is the OVP located on this car?
As always, appreciate reading about our cars on this site and getting help when I need (which hasn't been very often).
Thanks

Overvoltage relay on that car is at the RR area of the engine compartment.
There is a black plastic door that lifts from the front, the ovpr is there.

MB 000-540-67-45 is the replacement number.

Do the red/green lights(mirror) flash while you are cranking the starter?

If they do?, you need to try locking/unlocking the central locking system several times with the remote key.

MB Doc - thanks for responding; I found the OVP this morning and it is the newer part number and the 15 amp fuse on top appears good. I will check the lights tonight but I do not recall them flashing when I tried starting - the car cranks but doesn't appear to be firing.
Will check tonight and report back.
