whats '93 300ce w 179k worth
 
silver on mint black leather, not in best shape, some rust spots on front fenders, otherwise looks mint, car is at the auction, the guy wants 1500? i am abut to offer $1k, since i am anal about my car to be perfect

hood release is broken, cant pop the hood
its been owned by lady it seems
the control to move seat is gone
all the windows go up and down

agin 179k miles on it

i dont know much about these coupes, could anyone give me a quick general info on them, what to look out for, and in mint how uch could she fetch me if i decide to sell her later on

but again shes not perfect, but w some work and patience, she could be a gem, a silver on black w124 coupe is slick

so let me hear you guys.

it's worth as little as you can pay. Thus the term, "buyer's market".

1,000$ will get you a running car with problems. Three grand can get you a wonderful one. What you describe sounds like a 1,500$ car, presuming you can get the hood open and verify that it looks good in there.

As the guys say over and over again, "there is nothing more expensive than a cheap mercedes".

so true, well car is at the auction in rural area and rednecks have no clue about the car, but like you said thats always true

Moving seat may be as simple as a blown fuse...If you can get the hood open I would first check no oil in coolant at 179k indicating blown head gasket, then check all fuses to see if you can revive seat
