116 450 SEL a bit sluggish.
 

I've finally got the car back from the transmission shop, and it shifts and moves great!
However, the take off seems more sluggish than before the transmission went. I doubt it's transmission related as it doesn't feel like it's slipping or anything like that, I was wondering, could it be Ignition related? or something else??

I should also mention that the fuel that is in the tank now is fuel that I put in the tank in May.....:eek:

That might have something to do with it :eek: I'd put in fresh fuel + some Redline SI-1, that may do the trick.

Ditto. Gas can go "bad" in as little as 30 days, and there are summer and winter mixes so you may have 'inappropriate' fuel for your weather.

Top it off with some premium and she'll run much better.

It's developed a bit of a miss now, so I'm convince that it's the fuel. As the level goes down it saturates with the heavier non-combustible particles. It's almost at half, so I will top it up with Primo tomorrow.....

yeah! since The tank was filled in May it is pretty likely that was still winter mix? and the car was parked out in the sun for the last 5 months.
