1999 E430 Spark Plugs

I have been following some posting regarding resistor and non resistor spark plug.

I need to change mine soon. Is it FR8DPP33 or FR8DPP33+? The fast lane has FR8DPP33+? Does that "R" in the part number mean resistor? If yes, does it mean my car require resistor plugs?

99% of the posts about resistor plugs are 99% off base.

You should use the FR8DPP33+ plugs.
