300te blower motor problems
 

My 89 300te blower motor runs constantly, even with the buttons turned off. The high speed works as does the defroster. This happened the other day when I was driving, the fan turned on by itself and now will not turn off unless I turn off the car or take the strip fuse out. Might the regulator be the culprit?

Does the same on both ac or heater.
