M103 valve stem seal replacement

Got to do the 260E's valve stem seals today. Midway through taking break :)
This should help anybody who wants to do there's.

Found a few issues though...

1) Some cam wear. Oil gallery holes on the rocker arms were really bugged up which is why we believe the rocker arms are scored the way they are in the pictures...

2) Compression is good, but some cylinder leakage...35%. Not ideal, but the engine runs absolutely fine so I'm not worried about it at this point.

3) Color is obvious...lack of oil changes for sure. I wondered if it was some other wrong fluid at first, but I'm pretty sure its just a lack of maintenance now I have looked at the rocker arms.

Onto the pics:

It would be a great idea to block the oil drain passages with some paper towels to prevent a valve stem keeper from getting into the oil pan.

It would also be a great idea to use compressed air to blow the oil out of the cam tower bolt holes in the head to prevent hydraulically locking the bolts and cracking the head on reassembly/torqueing.
