rear view mirror in a 1995 s500

Can anyone help me on the inside rear view mirror in my 1995 s500? it is loose now, I looked up for a new one, it costs over $1K, I checked on the internet, there was a 1995 s420 inside rear view mirror for sale, will that fit in my s500? I figure the mechanical connections will fit, how about the electrical connectors? Thanks
