88' 300e blower motor still running while off

Help! My 88' 300e blower motor is still running in the off position. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Where is the fuse located? Where is the relay for the blower motor located?

The blower fuse is next to the actual fuse box. Its actually in front of it heading towards the front of the car.

Your blower voltage regulator is probably bad. It is a triangle shaped porcupine looking thing located directly under your blower.
