steering noise on kompressor

I have a 99 230 kompressor sport with 20k miles. It has been a while that I have this steering noise . I can hear the noise from inside the cabin or from outside by simply turning the steering wheel. fluid is ok and dealer lubricated the drive shaft, but the problem is still there! Any help?
