'95 sl500 HELP tracing blue/red strip vacuum line

Hey Guys, Need some help ASAP I posted this on the SL Forum as well. While changing the starter/alternator wiring harness, I noticed that a blue plastic vacuum line with a red stripe was not connected. The vacuum line originates on the passengerside fenderwell. It is attached to a block of vacuum lines that go to the intake manifold. The blue vac line is rather shart and has a black rubber sleeve on the "loose end" indicating that it must connect to a component or at least the other half of the line that must go somewhere else. I first noticed this when I was removing the wiring harness as it was descending down and underneath the motor, just below tha distributor cap. I have looked every where and cannot figure this one out. Please help me. Steve

Vacuum line coonection found

My request for info re: where the blue plastic vacuum line with the red stripe would connect to? I found it. It goes to the air pump just above the alternator. The metal nozzle is hard to see without a mirror to view, but by feel, it can be located. Steve
