Replacing coils on a 400E

Anyone have advise on changing coils on a 400E, seems it could be easy. But those ones usually turn in to a PITA!!!

I was right PITAAAAAAAAAA got the bad one out, but I wanted to take the good one out to see if its arking on the casing and its on its way out to! Accessing the inner nut and bolt is almost impossible with my big meat hook hands I gave up after awile I will go back to it tomorrow.

Coil changed, gave up on the good one!!! Car fired right up.
