W126 euro headlights seal?

Does any one know where I can purchase the seal for the lens of a W126 euro headlight?

Thank you.

Pls reply if you found a source for this part..

Frederic,

did you find a source for this part?

I ask because I need to buy the rear cover for a bosch euro w126 light.

I lost cover that you remove to replace the headlight bulb. If you or anyone else know where or how to get one I would appreciate the help.

I will also try posting on the "want to buy" section of these forums.

Try contacting Rusty at ***************.....he can usually track down hard to find parts. Aren't the headlight seals the same for non euro/euro headlights?

Thanks for the info... I'll give them a ring if my other efforts don't pan out.

Junkyanks to cash4lunkers are full of wrecked W126 cars thanks to cash for clunkers.

I found a coupe in better shape that the one I'm driving in one of the semi-local yards due to the clunker program.
It ticked me off to no end that most of the parts I'd love to have grabbed were useless due to the program, too.

Regarding the original question, I had to go looking for a bit.
I don't know of any 'proper' replacement seals for these lights, but you might look at 3M "strip caulk".
I'd seen this product originally when I had a Subaru and someone did a tutorial on how to modify the light assemblies, and used this product to replace sealant lost in the process.
