Smile my new to me 1st MB

I have been watching for one for a couple years now in a price range I could afford. Got it and was on the road within 2 weeks.

I'm sure I will be here often, and will probably need parts help and some tech help. I do like my overbuilt car

my only problem at present is LR of car is 1" lower than RR. happened in the last 3days, but didn't hear anything.

I was told by PO that I should block off the EGR system because it clogs up the intake.

thanks for any input in advance

oops its a 1985 300D with 315,000km. not pretty but functional

On the height difference issue, you need to look at the rear springs and mounts (check for rust-through too). I don't think you had load-levelling supension. If it's not a spring, potentially a bad shock could cause some height difference, but I wouldn't think it is so noticeable.
