C320 2001 seat module
 

Hello

My friend at work owns 2001 C320, driver seat was moving on its own while driving, display warning lights would come on for a second and go out, was draining the battery when parked.
I unplugged it from the seat module, its still draining the battery and warning lights come on and off.
Any thoughts on this issue.

My wife recently bought a 2002 version of the car. There are two seat control modules. They are a notorious problem. I had both of mine replaced. If they have not been replaced then he will need to get it done. Yes, he will have to do both. The problem has been fixed by the new version of the mdoule but if one is bad the other will not be far behind. Sorry. It only hurts for a little while.
