Rough and shaky idle on a 2002 SL500 (R129)... NEED HELP Please

My car is experiencing a periodic hesitation when accelerating from low revs.
It also idles rough and has a very noticeable shake when in park and drive.

It drives just fine, but when coming to a stop it starts to surge and when I come to a stop the rough/shaky idle starts up again.

I've already:
-installed 16 new spark plugs
-installed 8 new ignition coils
-replaced both motor mounts and trans mount
-removed and cleaned the TB
-checked all the hoses by the TB (all were connected and seemed fine)

Any help/assistance is greatly appreciated.

My car also has an aftermarket supercharger and an adjustable Kleemann MAF clamp that was set at 597 omes. Tonight I adjusted it to the Kleemann's suggested setting of 475 but have yet to drive it to see if that helps or not.

Should I reset all of the adaptive values so the ECU to adjust to the new MAF setting?

Again any help is Greatly appreciated.

Re-adaption of the crank sensor will normally help that type of issue.

MB scanners have that provision.
You must drive at 2100rpm in 3rd gear for 30seconds with a 50% load.

Thank you M.B.DOC.

I currently have a MEMOSCAN scanner, but it doesnt reset any of the ECU's adaptation. I can only reset error codes which I dont think will help me for this task.

Can you suggest an affordable MB scanner that will enable me to reset the appropriate values?

Will something like this do: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mercedes-Benz-MB-diagnostic-scanner-with-multiplexer_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem27ae1fe3d9QQitemZ170425050073QQptZMotorsQ5fAutomotiveQ5fTools

If your canner has "live" data, drive the car watching the load at the above prescribed manner.

My scanner has live data, so I will do as you advised.
I didnt know you could re-adapt the values without having to reset them via DAS.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
