Sorry...I'm asking about the canister piece that is underneath the air intake...

That would be the power steering pump and the reservoir on top of it.

That's the power steering fluid reservoir.

Oh...thank you. I took the top off and it was very low. Is that normal? I don't sense anything wrong with the steering or power but was just wondering.

There are markings on the center post plastic piece as to where the fluid level should be.
